At every Annual General Meeting, all board positions are up for renewal, meaning anyone can express interest in taking on a role on the board. Returning members can also choose to retain their positions on the board if agreed on by the membership. 

All positions are open for nominations or expression of interest.

 The Rockland Track and Field Club is a non-profit sporting organization serving athletes of all ages and abilities in the Rockland area. Our mission is to create an inclusive, positive environment in which all athletes can learn to train, compete and give back to the sport of track and field. We wish to create an environment which supports healthy living, growth as an athlete and as an individual. Our volunteer-run organization is currently looking for interested parties to sit on our Board of Directors. All roles are currently vacant or up renewal.

All board members attend a quarterly board meeting, and an Annual General Meeting. Executive positions will typically hold a seat for 2 year terms. Please visit our ByLaws for further information on terms and director duties. 

Our board of directors is a volunteer-based body. Any expenses incurred for membership (ie. Athletics Ontario fees, police record checks, Respect In Sport eLearning) will be reimbursed.
