Our Masters programs are designed for any mature athlete (ideally 25+, flexible – please get in touch for more info!) who is looking to train – whether recreationally or with the goal of competing . Our program is tailored towards improving your technique, identifying injury risk, and challenging your energy systems to improve fitness and ability in track and field

Current Season Info
Winter I
October 28-December 21, 2019
Our indoor Winter I program builds on fall training (didn’t participate in Fall training? No problem! Our coaches will get you up to speed.) This season sees the addition of technical skills, builds on running mechanics and injury prevention and will continue to develop cardiovascular fitness and running speed.
Athletes looking to compete in specialized events will also see the addition of event-specific technical training.
Training Schedule:
Monday: Adult High School (300 Rochester) 6:00-7:30pm
Wednesday: Dome @ Louis Riel (1659 Bearbrook Rd) 5:30-7:00pm
Saturday: Dome @ Louis Riel 12:30-2:00pm
Optional addition of strength training: Wednesday @ Dome 7:00-7:30pm, Saturday @ Dome 2:00-2:30pm
Please note that athletes looking to do strength training will need to purchase the Dome membership that includes weight room access. Please contact Reba for more information.
