Our Masters programs are designed for any mature athlete (ideally 25+, flexible – please get in touch for more info!) who is looking to train – whether recreationally or with the goal of competing . Our program is tailored towards improving your technique, identifying injury risk, and challenging your energy systems to improve fitness and ability in track and field

Fall2020
September 15 – October 31, 2020
Our Fall program will focus on injury prevention, building a solid foundation, and improving general fitness. Training takes place 3x a week, and athletes are encouraged to attend at least two sessions per week to get the most out of the programming.
Training Schedule:
Terry Fox Athletic Facility
Tuesday/Thursday: 6:00-8:00pm
Saturday: 12:30-2:00pm
**Please note that your club membership does not include facility membership and you will need to arrange this at or before the first training session with the facility directly.**
